Meet the Founder
Hi! I’m Kaley Rector. I’m so glad you’re here!
My charcuterie journey started years ago with boards I made for friends—birthday celebrations, picnic days in Central Park, watch parties, and cozy evenings gathered around good food. What began as a creative outlet quickly grew into a passion, and I realized I wanted to bring centerpiece-worthy charcuterie to people all across New York City.
Today, I create boards of all sizes for events of all sizes throughout NYC. Sometimes it’s an intimate gathering of eight at someone’s home; other times it’s grazing tables designed to feed a hundred guests. I’ve built grazes for weddings, corporate events, happy hours, birthdays—you name it. In addition, I host DIY charcuterie workshops and wine & cheese pairing nights — perfect for bachelorette parties, birthdays, and holidays (think, Galentine's!). One of my favorite additions to the menu has been my “mini boats”: small, elegant grab-and-go servings filled with cheese, fruit, and salami. They’re perfect for larger events with lots of moving parts, happy hours, or even thoughtful little gifts for coworkers, doormen, daycare teachers, and beyond.
My love of cheese naturally led me to wine. I’m WSET Level 2 certified, currently studying with the Court of Master Sommeliers, and just finished the 2025 wine harvest in Sonoma, CA. My goal is to offer even more opportunities to explore wine—whether that’s through wine and cheese pairing workshops, tasting classes, or curated wine gifting for those moments when you want to give something special but aren’t sure where to begin. No matter the size of your event or the reason you’re celebrating, I’m here to make it delicious, beautiful, and memorable, but, most of all, stress free for you.
Thanks for visiting & I can’t wait to work together!
